SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via USPS  within 3-8 business days of your order.  Please allow 3-10 business days

for delivery from shipping date.  We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.  To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan

accordingly.  During the holidays, please place your order at least three weeks prior to ensure timely

delivery.

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is

required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery.  If the package is unable to be delivered for any reason, it will be returned to Misty Candle Co

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being

shipped.  If you need assistance with your order, please email us at mistycandleco@gmail.com

Misty Candle Co reserves the right to change this policy at any time.  Please check back from time to

time to note any changes.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you have an issue with your product, please contact us at mistycandleco@gmail.com for troubleshooting help. If we can not resolve your issue, you will receive a replacement candle which will be shipped with your following purchase from mistycandleco.com or receive a partial refund. If the candle is purchased from a retail location, a replacement candle can be chosen from that same location.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept payment via PayPal.
